To create a healthy working environment and achieve a longer service life and flawless operation of industrial compressor plants, it is essential to capture and dispose of harmful particles using effective equipment.
Such a device is the Mestorm Dust Filtralization extractor, developed and manufactured by the Metales company.
MS-MD extractors directly protect the health of people employed in the metalworking and engineering industries by minimizing their contact with dust and dirt in industrial rooms such as compressor rooms, server rooms, etc.
Dust causes damage to the lungs and respiratory system, some types can even cause cancer. Also a huge risk is Flammable dust, which floats in the air in clouds and can easily ignite, starting a fire or causing an explosion. It can be ignited by a spark, an open flame, or simply by settling on a hot surface.
The manufacturer of MS-MD extractors, Metales s. r. o., has equipped all of its compressor rooms and server rooms with MS-MD extractors for several years. Measurements have shown their excellent efficiency in demanding conditions of continuous production.
Dust and dirt are extracted from the compressor room working area and fed into the Mestorm Dust Filtralization device
This way, dust and dirt are driven through the filter I. inside the hood
The third stage is provided by an external filter II. with filtration class F9 (EN 779), or ePM1 ≥ 80% (ISO 16890).
The condition for proper functioning of the hoods is to replace the internal filter I. every 120 days and the external filter II. every 365 days. The owner of the hoods does not have to monitor these dates in any way. Each hood is registered in the manufacturer's database under its ID number.
This contains all the data about the hood's production, shipping, assembly, service history, and most importantly, the lifespan of the installed filters. Thanks to our hood database, we will notify the customer well in advance of the upcoming replacement date and send the filters on time.
Each MS-MD extractor has its own unique QR code, which serves as a health card for the device, where the customer can find all the data about the device, such as filter replacement time, where the device is located, and regular data on device service.
